The Wakefield Ruritan Club recently honored three deceased members as Ruritans Forever.

With the establishment of these three Ruritan Forever endowments, the Wakefield Club honored two Past Ruritan National Presidents, Judge Carlton E. Holladay-1934, Marvin Lee Gray-1938 & 1939, and James N. Savedge Sr. who worked with them organizing new clubs and increasing membership in existing Clubs.  Mr. Savedge also held the office of Mayor for the Town of Wakefield from 1962 to 1976.
